"This hotel was perfect for me and my girlfriend to stay in. They are LGBTQ+ friendly. The room was very spacious and the beautiful tall windows gave us the most incredible view of Florence. Not to mention the AC was ice cold and the water in the shower got nice and hot. We were able to do our laundry on site which was a major plus! Our favorite part was the rooftop pool that we got to enjoy with great drinks from the bar while enjoying the 360 view of the city. Later in the evening there was live music downstairs on the terrace.We loved how out front there were lime scooters conveniently located for us to rent and navigate around the city. Each staff member was so friendly. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again"

Can get a little crowded outside the hotel with people waiting for trams/buses. But that’s no fault of the hotel. "
"We stayed whole first week if August 2025 Dad with three adults kids in 2 rooms and was very nice clean safe hotel in heart of Florence. Hotel located on quiet street. Big plus is in the very hot days which we had in Florence this hotel is they have swimming pool. Breakfest is also was very tasty with service as well. Only one litter minus is the rooms they don't have espresso machine which is strange in Italian hotels. Overall hotel is my one of the top pick!"

The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable we wished we could stay longer. The staff went above and beyond—surprising each of my kids with a stuffed animal and even keeping the restaurant open a little later so they could have dinner after a long day.
