"When i first walked into the hotel they gave me a room with a ac in the ceiling that was very loud almost like a old loud car engine. Then i changed the room to another floor. The second room AC did not work so i slept the night woke up told the staff guy to get it fixed because im fed up with picking up my stuff changing rooms. The room ac got fixed however whatever you ask you have to ask twice. I asked yesterday during the day leaving my room at reception the guy said sure ill have towels...
