"Beautiful hotel, great location. "

"Hotel Indigo was such a great place to stay. The location was one of the best parts, its steps away from City Market, right across the street from River Street, and close to everything you could need. There was so much to do nearby, which made exploring really easy. The bar was awesome and had great drinks, the rooms were clean, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. One thing I really appreciated was that the included fees actually came with something worthwhile. Instead of feeling like a junk fee, they included tokens for free drinks at the bar every day, which was a really nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again"

"We booked this hotel based on advertised amenities—restaurant, cocktail lounge, and downtown shuttle—but the reality fell far short. The “cocktail lounge” opens at 4 p.m., but only if the bartender shows up on time, which was inconsistent. There is no actual restaurant; instead, they offer delivery for an extra fee. Breakfast is overpriced and no better than a standard free hotel breakfast, though the attendants were excellent. The shuttle service is extremely limited, running only from 2–10 p.m. if the driver is available, and only to a few locations within about a mile. The driver also serves as maintenance, so shuttle service clearly isn’t a priority. Customer service was disappointing. Most requests were met with “we don’t do that” or “there’s nothing we can do,” with little effort to assist or offer solutions. Attempts to contact the hotel prior to arrival went unanswered, and requests made during booking were not in their system. Staff blamed a possible system outage with no follow-up. While the property itself is nice and the rooms are comfortable, the lack of accurate information and poor service make it hard to recommend."

"I had to complain about dinner at the bar, I was only one of three people sitting at the bar, but I could not get the attention of the bartender and when I asked for something I had to wait for longer than I should. I was reimbursed $50 for that. So the counter people were very accommodating. I also was woken by beeping from bulldozer on the beach at sunrise and it continued until I left which I also complained about. They told me they were going to reimburse me the $35 for the resort fees, but I did not see that on the bill. I will have to wait."

"A negative is that the resort is in direct line with a beach access parking lot. LOTS of people coming through all day long. If looking for something quieter, then look elsewhere. Outdoor spaces were nice though often difficult to find a spot at the pool. Some guests stake-out claims very early in the morning and block others from getting a spot. Overall condition of the resort is good though there is room for improvement. Food was good. Be aware that they charge many additional fees including, marketing fee, community impact fee, resort fee ($35), along with state and county taxes. Don't be shy with the cash when you stay here."

"Didnt have microwave in the room option. There is only one public microwave and the area where it is kept in 3rd floor is also not clean. Facilities w.r.t beach access and pools are great. Room service was not prompt in fulfilling guests requests, had to request 2-3 times at the front desk to fulfill the requests. Vegeterian options at the pool area is few, they could add more menu items on the vegetarians as well. Staffs were courteous "
