"Our Junior suite was a wonderful place to relax - so spacious, with views to 3 sides. The bathroom was very spacious. Room was always well serviced. There were generous supplies of tea and coffee. It was always a pleasure to approach the hotel - the porters welcoming, friendly and efficient. We found the concierges extremely helpful. The Guest Experience Team were proactive in ensuring we had everything and their kindness in making my wife's birthday special will long be remembered - thanks Sherman and Frances! Sherman appreciates that the Nellie is not just a 5* hotel - it is an iconic institution and he clearly intends to keep it as the premier destination in Cape Town"

"The staff are polite, knowledgeable & patient! Breakfast plentiful, varied & tasty. The pool area & gardens well maintained & lovely to escape to after the busyness of the city. Location of hotel, great, as can walk to the Village & its cafes & shops, as well as the mall. Our room was connected to another, which on nights someone was in, made it a better t noisier. Perfect place to stay!"

"Great location in Camps Bay, walking distance to the restaurants and beach. Directly across from the tidal pool, which is nice for calm morning dips in the sea. Modern and clean suite was basically a mini-apartment with a fridge/freezer and kitchen with DIY breakfast. Cool rooftop bar / pool for sunset drinks. Very nice and friendly staff. Only stayed one night, but wish it was longer!"
