I called for a late check in: usually at small places they will leave the keys out. The person stayed at the front desk until 10pm and was cheery and nice when we came. What a gem of a hotel! A real find in Leukerbad. There’s a drop off spot at the hotel for check I’m and out; otherwise, park at the Rathaus (or other paid parking). Lovely wee place with nice staff. The restaurant is good and the breakfast worthwhile (although I’ll be honest, the coffee is subpar). Perfect location for enjoying the town. Bathrobes are available for 5chf deposit at the front desk. Enjoy their sauna and pool!
