But what made our short stay exceptional was the service: Yesenia, who checked us in in the evening, was very courteous and friendly, took our needs in consideration, and made us feel very welcomed - a 5 stars check in experience; our server at breakfast was so nice; and then Maria at the front desk in the afternoon was so sweet to us while I hung out for hours at the lobby with my toddler - she made sure to make us comfortable as well as welcomed! Absolutely great service!"

"It was absolutely horrible I wasn't even there an hour and I was asked to leave because I wanted clean bedding The housekeeper that didn't even really speak English was upset that I wanted clean bedding because I even took pictures of the bed somebody had slept in it and it was made up dirty and she wanted to argue and didn't want to give me clean linen so the hotel manager told me this was all on camera which it wasn't it was in my room and that I needed to leave or she was going to call the cops and she kept my money"
