"The unit was spacious, well laid out, and in an excellent downtown location within walking distance to Union Station, restaurants, the waterfront, and major attractions. The balcony and views were a nice bonus, and the beds were comfortable. The biggest issue was communication and check-in. Instructions were supposed to arrive 72 hours before check-in and did not. "The location of this property is great. Walking distance to great food and shopping. The beds are super comfortable. We stayed in the second suite, there is a long steep stair well to get up to your suite, so if stairs are not a good thing for you, stay in the lower suite. The staff was very helpful when we need assistance. Will stay here again."
