"This hotel was amazing!! I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in the door! Receptionist Vinicius was super nice! They helped to charge my portable charger at the front desk when my adapter no longer worked! All staff members helped to facilitate Uber pick up and drop off! Because I spoke Portuguese it was easier to build a good relationship with them! They were so respectful, informative and made sure I made it to my destination and back safely seeing I was a solo traveler! I will DEFINITELY...

The hotel helped us to get a taxi who helped us to go around Rio, and visited all the tourist places. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing!
