"The soundproofing and odor control in the single room are excellent. Once you close the door, you have your own independent AC, a small TV, and a luggage rack. There's also a window with great natural light, and you get a direct view of the street when you open the curtains. The only slight downside is that the concrete floor in the room is peeling a bit.
