Stuart has a lovely historic downtown with boutique store shopping and waterfront dining. We attended a show at the historic Lyric Theater after dining at the Spritz City Bistro and it was a perfect date night.

Everyone here who drives is a terrible driver. There are a lot of roundabouts to navigate through. The train goes by about 10 times a day. But the downtown is cute and there is a nice walking path along the water on a boardwalk

Stuart has everything we are looking for in a getaway. The beaches are great, so many establishments are pet friendly and there are so many options for dining and shopping.

I learned about Stuart on BringFido.com and decided to go there when I saw there were 57 nearby dog-friendly eateries. Sneaki Tiki was especially thrilled to see my dog. $5 dog bowls were so big, she didn't eat her regular food the rest of the day.

We both grew up in Stuart. Although there are many more dining and shopping options, the place has lost its small town charm and comfort.

I'm not a fan of Florida, but Stuart seems nice, quiet, and less crowded than other larger cities like Fort Lauderdale.

Seemed like a very nice town. Came for the airshow, but would like to spend more time there.
"It’s a great choice whenever you are visiting Jensen Beach and areas close to it. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and front desk always friendly."
"We had a wonderful stay at the Old Colorado Inn from check in until the time we left! It was great to learn more about the history of the hotel, the location is unbeatable with a reserved parking lot and the ability to get anywhere you’d want in Downtown Stuart by walking or tram and the room was great! Clean, spacious, very comfortable bed- can’t wait to return!"
"The property is immaculate and the pool is one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel! The room was very clean, ample parking (which is free) and very close to ammenities."
