"The staff was GREAT who we interacted with. The bathroom by the pool had toilet paper and pee all over the floor. No towels for the pool. There was a verbal argument between other guests outside our room that woke my daughters up in the middle of the night which staff addressed immediately. The room overall was okay. Our room smelled like fresh paint so we didnt have issues with smell. The bedding had food crumbs on top of fitted sheet so we didnt sleep under the comforter. "

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room and property were really clean. I will definitely stay there again when I find myself in Orland Park."
