"Room had crumbs on the seating area, long dark hairs on the ground in the water closet and dirty underwear left under a bed. Staff came to get it (unprepared and had to ask for tissue to pick up the undergarments) but did nothing else to ensure the room was up to standard.
We asked for 1.5-2 hrs of late checkout on a Tuesday in March and hoped they would accommodate given the underwear issue but the staff didn’t put 2 and 2 together. Other higher end properties would have.
