"The staff was great and helpful when we asked questions. One employee working maintenance named Diego, saw my husband struggling with our luggage, and he lent us a laundry bin to bring down our stuff as we were getting ready to leave. food was average. This property was convenient for us as we stayed 6 nights. the kitchenette was a big plus. the curtain between bed and sofa should be at least 6ft to create separation."
"Rude front desk agent. The 3pm to 11 pm gentleman was great. But the young lady manning the desk from7am to 3pm was very nasty. I had a really bad migraine and she called the room to say that check out was at 11:00 am. I explained to her that I was a stay over and that I extended my stay through hotels.com. She said I needed to come to the desk to extend my keys and I told her that I wasn’t feeling well but I would be down to change my keys. She asked me to come down now and I said “no”. I will be down and moreover I’m not feeling well and my credit card is on file for incidentals. I can’t remember what else she said but it took everything in my being not to cuss her out. She took the customer out of customer service. The 3-11 guy was great and funny, nice, professional."
