"The carpet should be replaced with a washable type flooring and the mattress are shot. There were big feather type toppers but the mattress was definitely in need of replacement. room was nicely decorated and clean."

"We arrived late and left early to catch the sunrise in the Badlands, so we never saw any staff. Comfy beds, appreciated the blackout curtains. Everything was very clean. A few minor concerns: The trim in the bathroom needs to be replaced, not just painted over. I suspect that the electrical is not up to building codes - running an extension cord to the microwave and coffee maker seems sketchy. While the provided coffee packets were appreciated, it tasted horrible."
