"I felt so cared for and pampered. The staff were so helpful, kind and knowledgeable! Everything was so nice and clean; I love dining at the rooftop restaurant and sitting on the room balconies!!"

"The breakfast was not ever fully available. We attempted both days that we stayed to go down and have breakfast. They never had enough of anything. The hot tub was ice cold and very nasty full of foam. As far as our room, the size of the room was amazing. Our door was so hard that it made a horrible noise every time we had opened or closed it which made it hard to get out of the room once the baby was sleeping. Our bed squeaked when we rolled over. The check-in staff when we arrived was exceptional. The checkout staff on the other hand was very short and rude. It is safe to say we will not be staying in this establishment again when we come back to Albuquerque. We spend a lot of time in this town on road trip but do not recommend this place, especially if you have small children. Which I did put in my reservations that I had a baby and a 4-year-old. We got calls from the front desk complaining about us being entirely too loud. Disturbing the neighbors below us. That should have been something at the front desk considered knowing very well that we had small children, but we had to do with a barking dog in the room next to us all weekend and that didn't seem to be relevant. But my 4-year-old running and playing in the room was too much. Would not consider this a family friendly location, and again will not be staying or recommending to any of my family"

"While the overall stay was okay. I was deeply disappointed with how a situation was handled. After failing over a very poorly marked “wheelchair ramp” edge and breaking my nose, I was simply told “ oh sorry I will inform the owner” not even 24 hours later another person, elderly also fell and injured themselves. Not great business practice Quality Inn. And Yes I have pictures. "

"Location was great. Parking would be a little tricky if you did not want to pay for vallet. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff provided the least amount of hospitality from any hotel I have ever stayed at. They were not rude necessarily, they just simply showed up to do a job. All my interactions felt weird, and at times akward. Overall, not a bad place to stay. Pool looked cute, but I did not use those amenities."
