Well, I grew up in Concord, and there have been many changes. I especially liked the Mexican restaurant Charro, which was very close. And the walking trail that starts near the Post Office and runs beside Branchview.

I liked it there because it was not the hustle and bustle of downtown Charlotte but it was still very convenient to everything.

Concord is a very nice town with all of the amenities of a larger area but maintains the charm of a smaller town.

Access to restaurants, if you don't have a car, is very limited and not an easy walk.

There was a city wide black out-however, the hotel staff made sure everyone was safe and informed- even gave me a late check out...great great experience overall!!!

We stayed here to go Black Friday shopping as a group. The location of this hotel was very convenient for this. Concord has SO much shopping!
"The front desk staff were very friendly, actually everyone was extremely nice, the maids are super friendly and amazing. This will be my go to location every time I’m in charlotte. I truly didn’t want to leave"

"I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators."
"My solo trip experience was quite relaxing. I will say I think my favorite feature had to have been in the pool because I definitely spent way too much time to flopping around like a little kid."
"Rebecca at the front desk is truly exceptional! I had some issues over a few days, and she went above and beyond to ensure my next room was perfect. She genuinely made up for the lost sleep and inconvenience caused by the toilet, sink, and missed room service. Rebecca was incredibly pleasant and attentive, making me feel valued and never rushed. She's the main reason I chose to extend my stay with Hilton. She's a tremendous asset, and I'm so glad she's the first person I encounter when I arrive. Because of Rebecca, I have rated this so much higher."
