"This hotel was a great find. Conveniently located near the expressways. The rooms are very clean and updated, the price was reasonable, the staff was all very friendly & accommodating. Silas, the owner, even created a "courtyard" outside our room with tables since we were staying for 2 weeks. This hotel will be our "go to" when we visit Rochester"

Our room was a bit shopworn but clean, with a good little microwave and a small fridge that needed defrosting. Wifi was quite good and the beds were very comfortable. Location was next door to a great eatery. Suburban environment not far from I-390."
