"Airport shuttle drivers went out of their way to accommodate passengers.
Breakfast was good although not all hot food was hot. The grab and go bag was appreciated.
Room very clean and new. "

"We missed our connector with WJ and had to stay near airport for the night. The Elemnt was easy to access with free airport shuttle, great breakfast and allowed us a late check out and provided essentials such as toothbrushes. Will stay again if we have a layover here"

"Overall I am giving 5 stars for friendliness and efficiency during check in and a great room. Very convenient to the YYZ airport. Shuttle bus is free. Only improvement I would make is to improve the bar area. I opted to go across the street for a better ambience as I prefer a more traditional bar environment to the lobby bar concept at this hotel. Small gripe that did not affect my overall impression of the property. "
