"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "A great hotel and lovely room. The free sweets bar was also a welcome surprise too! The morning breakfast in café football was also excellent with a great menu choice, fast service and great food. I was attending a conference at Old Trafford so the location was perfect for me. There was also a very nice Quay area just over the bridge with a great choice of restaurants for evening meal selection. Recommended, I would stay here again in the future"
