It was a short stay for a few days on Christmas holidays and I absolutely loved it. The hotel is lovely with nice and calming atmosphere, so perfect for reading. There are two beautiful lounges which had festive decorations. The room was very comfortable and clean, quiet in the evenings. The bed was great and the pillows were so soft. Bathroom was spotless and clean as well. I tried a few positions from the menu of the restaurant and everything was absolutely delicious. Especially I enjoyed breakfasts. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located in East Didsbury, it’s easy and convenient to get to the Manchester city center but you can avoid the hustle of a big city. It’s been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The place is immaculate, the staff as extremely helpful, I had a little issue that needed resolving and the communication between the staff leaving shift and the new staff coming on shift was great. Booked this last minute for personal reasons, the staff were great and the room was just what i needed at that time. Bath is perfect size, ambience was amazing. Loved the soft lighting and music as i walked in. I've lived round the corned for 12 years and never new there was spa treatments as well.
