"Where to begin. The staff are tremendously helpful and friendly and the entire place incliding the apartment is spotlessly clean. I was welcomed by 3 members of staff, I was there a tad early so left my luggage and went to the shops. When I came back, my apartment was ready and my luggage was in the apartment hallway waiting for me. Massive attention to detail in the apartment itself with everything you could possibly imagine taken care of. 10/10 for Lexham Gardens and for the staff running it....

"We were attending a concert at the Royal Albert Hall and visiting the V&A. This hotel was the perfect location. We had an exec room (205) and it was excellent. Nice view of the pedestrian area outside the station, floor 2 high enough away from any street noise, although there wasnt any. Staff were really helpful and polite. All the areas we entered were up to date decor - English townhouse style. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of it, well cooked eggs, fresh fruit salad, the servers were...

"The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about...

"The Chelsea Townhouse was the ideal artistic haven during the London Art Biennale. I was enveloped in inspiration from the moment I arrived, surrounded by wonderful collection of art throughout the hotel and soothed by beautiful classical music. The location was perfect — incredibly safe and walkable to the Chelsea Old Town and biennale events, with excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, a wonderful library and a well-equipped gym was a great bonus....
