"When trying to tell staff that their charging ports in the rooms ruined our phones, they over kept saying it was because we didn’t have switches on. That has nothing to do with damaging our phones. I had to buy a new phone. "

"Recent hotel “renovations” were a new exterior, new lobby furniture, new HVAC units in rooms, but mostly just sloppily painting over problems. Bathtub/ shower and jacuzzi tub had both been “refinished” very poorly with runs in the paint and a lot of chips already. There is a lot of paint splatter & overspray all over. Recessed lights above the jacuzzi tub were partially dangling out of the ceiling and when you turn the jets on in the tub it kicks the lights off! Upon checking in we found a wad of hair between the back of the bathroom sink and the mirror, a pubic hair on the toilet seat, and some sticky gunk under the front of the cabinet that houses the fridge. For multi-night stays you have to request housekeeping services the night before which I’ve never encountered before."

"No hot water, hotel was disgusting, no fitness center, no manager on property to help. "

"Hotel needs a lot. There is one elevator for the whole building. 2 luggage carts for the whole building. Hot tub is closed. Pool area had signs saying ubder construction so we didnt use it. Was given 3 rooms. One wasnt connected, second was a view od the roof when we asked for a pool view. That room the thermostat had a note on it do not use not conencted. 3rd room had a thermostat with no note but i dont think it worked. Temp stayed at 75 with the heat and cold changed to 33. Hotel is under construction but theres a LOT that needs to be fixed. Building had a lot of painting needed to be done cosmetic stuff. Parking lot is a little dark. Hallways are small. "

"Hotel and staff was very nice. Noisy on one side of the hotel because of the highway behind the hotel. I asked to be moved to a different room on the other side of the hotel. They accommodated my request. The king bed was more comfortable than the queen size beds. Overall. Nice hotel. "
