"Great location! We could walk everywhere! Easy walk from train station but roads aren’t best on luggage wheels. All the staff were friendly and helpful! Wish there was access to an iron. Too expensive to pay them to do it. Breakfast was great! Rooms were outdated but the location outweighed that. One of our friends had a basic room and was not happy with it. We had a suite and another friend had a room with a view. We were both happy with ours. Definitely would stay there again but not in a basic room. "

"This is one best hotels, if not the best hotel I have ever been. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make you stay memorable. They helped with issues not relating to the hotel stay. Which shows how dedicated they are to making your stay amazing. When I come back to Florence I will 100% be staying here again. The hotel is a bit pricey but completely worth it. The hotel is 20-30min walk from everything around Florence. The rooms are amazing and extremely clean. You also do not have to worry about anything. My wife left her jewelry in the room by mistake, out in the open and not a single thing was touched. You can’t say that for every hotel. This place is amazing and I would recommend if you ever stay in Florence this is the place to be. This hotel should be rated way higher than what it is. In my opinion this is a 5 or 6 star hotel! Thank you to all the staff members that made my stay incredible and memorable!!"

"The hotel is right in the enter of town. It is a close walk to all the sites. The breakfast service was excellent and offered the opportunity to enjoy coffee and breakfast outside. The staff was incredibly helpful to me as a solo first time traveler to Italy. Victorious and Massimo were incredibly helpful as I was having great difficulty getting train tickets to Milan."

"Beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. The pool was clean and sunny, and not too busy in May. Easy to get into Florence by bus, which is only 1€, which I would recommend for dinner as there are not many places to eat nearby and the hotel restaurant is expensive. "
