"Stayed only a few hours before catching a flight. Very conveniently located for both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. We used the airport shuttle. Check in and check out were fast and the staff was extremely helpful at all times. Would definitely come back for a longer stay close to Dubai airport.

"Great clean hotel for staying before or after a flight. The room is clean, comfortable and convenient and the breakfast is fantastic. They do not provide a free airport shuttle, but will arrange airport transportation. They have a spa with massages perfect for preparing for long flights and the staff was wonderful."

"Room was large and well appointed. Check in was available on our late arrival into DBX. Close to airport which is fantastic. We made use of the washing machine in the apartment. It is a short walk down to the Festival Mall, or you can use the transfer bus the hotel offers. The walk there is nice down past all the new coffee bars and eateries along the water front.
Hotel staff very polite and helpful. We also made use of the indoor and out pool - there is a small children's pool...

"The rooms were very clean and well furnished. We got a suite with two bedrooms and the rooms were BIG with 3.5 baths. All basic amenities were there. The staff was very helpful and proactive in everything we needed. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient. Overall had a very good experience, will go back and will recommend to others."

Checking in time is between 3Pm to 5pm and you are asking for check out at 12 sharply. Even did not extend for 30 minutes. Please take it under consideration since this is having a bad impact on you"
