Wed. and most restaurants in main town were closed at 4:30P.M. We finally found EXCELLENT PASTRAMI sandwiches at the Idyllwild Pizza Company! Merchants were friendly and helpful. Rustic getaway surrounded by beautiful mountains and pines.

Gorgeous hidden town in the mountains. This is a must for Christmas. The town has a small center that looks like the North Pole in the snow. During the summer it's just gorgeous weather and friendly people.

It is a mountain town so things aren't open too late. The locals are friendly and dogs are welcome at many places.
"Property was beautiful and well maintained. cottages were clean, well supplied and comfortable. pool, game room and other amenities were superlative. Only negative was door access systems failed six times over two days. Staff attempted to correct problem but it was still failed when we left."

"There is no transportation besides uber and Lyft. It’s close to stores and food options but is very limited. The hotel itself was great, fast WiFi, nice pool(didn’t get a chance to try it out) the rooms are super comfy. The area around the property is quiet. Over all my stay was pleasurable "
