Every detail is there to make your trip feel comfortable. Even stopping by to see if you want any snacks or cheese. It was very clean, they had Dove products in the bathroom, coffee machine, kettle for tea, microwave almost anything you could think of. The bed was very comfortable and the elevator smells amazing.
