Hotels in Zanesville

"I paid more for a dog-free room that was available but it still smelled like dogs. I am sensitive to allergens and had to take medicine to sleep there without an asthma attack. It also smelled like the vets office, they must use the same cleaner. Such a bummer because otherwise this place would be a top hotel imo. I think they probably launder all the linens together because the bed smelled like animals had slept there. I really don’t see the point of having a dog-free room if they are going to use linens that dogs sleep on across all rooms. I get wanting to cater to pet owners but if you’re listing a dog-free room at a higher price then make sure it’s like…. All dog free. About 20% of the population has pet allergies, it’s not like I’m the only person that struggles with this. Finding a hotel that doesn’t make me physically sick is so annoying."

"Staff very nice. Property has spiffed up rooms but forgot the practical uses. Examples: light only available on one side of the bed. TV’s positioned so you need to watch you don’t bang your head when getting out of bed, no lighting near the sitting area, tub mats so small it’s hard to step into the tub-hold into the grab bar-not fall because there is no where to step, no place to hang your towel once your shower is over, no bath mat for the floor and the shower curtain is too small, so water gets on the floor, the bathroom door doesn’t stay closed, mattresses so soft it has no support, etc"

"Location is wonderful, right across from the airport. Rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet."

"Property not in a good area. Building old and dirty. Room was not clean, damage on walls, dead roach on the floor. Room was "non smoking" but it smelled like it had been smoked in for 20 years. "

"The room had a kitchenette including a two burner hot plate so you could cook if you wanted to. No breakfast was included so you could cook your own or go out. The room was clean. Front entrance was small and needed to be cleaned more often. We think area workers were staying there and drug in dirt on their boots."

"Breakfast was excellent. Room was spotless. Had a suite with door between. Room was definitely not soundproof. But acceptable. "
