The list was not working when we stayed but tha did not bother us as we were located on the ground floor. We didn’t try the breakfast but had dinner at the Pub and it was delicious. "No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"If this place had bar it would be great. I suppose it would also be more expensive. Luckily there is a Wetherspoon around the corner, and cafe, Greg’s, subway and a McD’s. And excellent place to stay if you get stuck at LHR. Staff were great! "

"Restaurant / cafe style restsurant is pricey. Lovely hotel and location. Was easy getting from hotel to t3 using the £6.50 pp hopper bus that picks you up putside. This took the hassle and stress out of a trip to Heathrow. "
