"We loved our stay at the Santa Chiara Inn. We had a great Napoli experience (on our first visit to Italy & Naples) staying in this neighborhood - which is highly walkable and near lots of interesting and lively things. The property itself was a nice calm respite from all the street action. As the hotel advises, there are a good deal of stairs, so it's not advised for those who need assistance with access. "Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi. Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up. Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting. "
