"The staff were friendly and helpful. A good location, not too far from anywhere and well sited for trams. Was a bit tired decor wise. Family room worked well but could have done with more independent lighting options in 2nd bedroom to allow for bedtime reading not using the main lights. "

"Die Lage ist sehr gut gewesen, der Service im Hotel quasi persönlich nicht vorhanden, da alles online oder mit Spechanlage versorgt ist. Dieser Kontakt allerdings war sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Mein Zimmer unter dem Dach war wie gewünscht. Danke für den Aufenthalt!"
