Lots of lovely items in the bar area and shop. Hotel location is really central so easy to walk everywhere, great base for exploring the cultural locations and shopping. "The staff were friendly and helpful. A good location, not too far from anywhere and well sited for trams. Was a bit tired decor wise. Family room worked well but could have done with more independent lighting options in 2nd bedroom to allow for bedtime reading not using the main lights. "
