"Gorgeous hotel in an excellent location in Markham. Impeccable cleanliness in room and common areas. Delicious room service food. We were notified of our room being available slightly earlier than posted check-in time which was so convenient. Most of all, the customer service was outstanding- we were accommodated for a room change request upon arrival. Next door to a mall. Close to GO train. Highly recommend. "
