"Good location, safe area, walked around all times of the day and never felt unsafe. Room was clean. Near some good stores, restaurants. The host checked on me a few times during my stay. Was a 10 minute drive from everything I had planned which was a bunch of tourist stuff. Parking was decent, the self check in was nice. There was a community kitchen with plates and cups and other stuff you could use. "

"Excellent property. As advertised plus. The 3 bedroom 3 bath penthouse condo provided everything my party of four needed. Close proximity and cheap Uber ride to Condado, Old San Juan, and Isle Verde. Be advised it is a third floor walk-up but still a great stay. Partial ocean view and a very short walk to the beach. Be advised there is only one TV. I would highly recommend this property."

"This is a lovely property on a quiet street. There are some relaxing patio areas to relax. The room was very clean, but simple. Bathroom had a shower and water pressure was fair. The bed was decent. The room was quite small but serviceable. It is just across the street from a 24 hour supermarket. Overall I liked it and would be happy to stay again."
