"Two different taxis could not find the property. The credit card machine didn’t work. The beds were extremely firm and the sheets were a bit scratchy. Some of the Mae staff watched my daughter and I lug our luggage inside without offering to help carry it. (Younger staff were more helpful later.)"

"This is a newer property that is very clean and beautiful. It is walking distance from Registan Square, yet quiet and peaceful. If you want to get a ride from Yandex Go, it is still 30,000 som or less.
I think there was a mixup with the housekeeping schedule; I checked in around 2pm and around 7pm same afternoon, a housekeeper was cleaning my room already when I got back from dinner.
Still, I really liked the room and enjoyed my stay there."
