"The room we stayed in was a little dated but for the kids pool, breakfast and having theme park tickets included was great value and would recommend. Our only major complaint was the tv was super slow to change channels and hard to use so we ended up just on the default. My son loved the breakfast buffet and having ice cream and pancakes for breakfast ☺️"

"Lovely room but the customer service is very poor. The woman at reception when we checked was really rude. A simple question seemed to annoy her. The parking situation is a nightmare. We were stuck at the star boom gate for almost 20 minutes as they said we hadn’t paid, when we did. "

Hudson at reception was good, but the time it took to checkin was quite long for a relatively short queue (3). tried to checkin online via the link they sent me but it didn't work and didn't get sent a new one so thad to do it at the hotel. the rooms are getting tired and the money being spent on the oustide would be better of on the inside.
