Great little well equipped kitchenette with a decent sized fridge and ice box big enough for several frozen pre-made meals. We love the ability to load up a tray for breakfast and take it back up to the room, very convenient. The 24hr fresh coffee is a nice bonus too."

"Stayed here for 2 nights as we had a concert at the Utilita Arena! Only a 10 minute walk if that to the Utilita Arena, and 15 minutes to the bullring and other areas located within Birmingham City Centre! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment , it was very well maintained and clean! The hotel uses an app which also has the feature of messaging and speaking to a member of staff on reception if this is needed during the stay! All staff we interacted with were pleasant and very helpful!"

"Hotel is well situated and close to many bars and restaurants along Colmore and in the Cathedral quarter. Easy to find and a short walk from New Street train station. Staff were welcoming and helpful and check in was quick and easy. The room was well set up and had plenty of space to relax in.
