Hotels in Bávaro

"No shade. Was amazed at this. Had to sneak out before dawn to put a towel on chair that was under one of the 34 umbrellas for the approximate 500 guests and it was removed by other guests anyhow. Signs told everyone not to do this, but the umbrellas were too few and everyone did it. There had no umbrellas on the beach. Filter (or lack of) from air conditioner in room gave us an upper respiratory infection. Staff were nice. "

"Hotel has a lot to offer and made it easy for our family, including a 6 month old. Hotel is slightly dated, but staff and food made up for it. Staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. The food surprisingly good. Depending on the dinner theme they offered premium items. For American Gala night they offered stone crab, lobster, sirloin, picanha, tomahawk, tiger shrimp, etc. Butler service was great! We won a free massage from an Expedia event/raffle, but there was some confusion at the Spa. The Spa called the guest office or Expedia, while they adds still on the phone, the Butler called me on Whatsapp and informed me just learned about the SPA confusion and he get it resolved. That is top service!"

"The staff was amazing, from beginning until the end of our journey. They have a wide variety of food, lots of activities for everyone, shows, you name it. A children's water park which is not big, but it wasn't too crowded when we traveled which made this a plus. The water park is a must do for the little ones. If youbare looking for a well-maintained, entertaining, and customer service friendly, this is a must visit location."

"The ME property is well-kept, clean and very easy to maneuver. The room was much better than most and the staff were all polite and very helpful. The only negative about our stay here is the food at the buffet is average while the food at the specialty restaurants was good, but not outstanding. Overall, a very good resort which I recommend."

"Ricardo at the guest experiences was amazing and extremely helpful when arriving. Alejandro and Robinson at the lobby bar and then Felix, yassi and Marino at the pool bar were top tier people that are a must be keep this place fun!"
