"This was the perfect hotel to stop in Port Hardy. Its location is central and only a short distance to the waterfront. The room was well appointed, clean and quiet. We ate dinner at the pub, typical pub fare, good service. Parking is easy with self-parking all around the building. We had an early departure for the ferry and no issue with early check-out. We would stay here again!"

"The check-in process was confusing. Parts of the room have been updated but some of the furniture is pretty beat up. There was no chair or table in my room. The bed was fairly comfortable if not a bit soft. Tv is small. I wasn’t told how to check out so asked at the pub where a helpful young woman explained the process. It was on ok stay."

"Our room was comfortable clean and quiet even though it was next to the laundry. My only concern was that the bath tub was deep and there were no hand rails. Being a senior I had to be very cautious when taking a shower. Perhaps I should have requested an accessible room."
