"My first room had mould in the bathroom, and the mould smell had permeated into every surface which I noticed as soon as I walked in. I promptly asked to change my room, which the staff were very polite and accommodating about, though they didn't seem surprised. My second room, 223, was better on initial review, but when I returned later that night after briefly dropping my bags off earlier, I had the same mould smell. The easyHotel rooms are not designed for air flow and ventilation, so they are effectively a humidity trap for mould. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights, after the 2nd night of poor sleep and coughing due to the air quality I checked out early and moved to a nearby Travelodge. Don't bother getting a cheaper hotel like easyHotel, spend the extra bit and go to a premier Inn or Travelodge. "

"Very convenient for anything in London, only a short walk to kings cross. Excellent cafe for breakfast nearby, a 24hr Morrisons down the road. The room itself was clean, bed comfy, and quiet will definitely stay again"

"Wasn’t aware it was a house share rather than a hotel room. Room was clean and tidy but tired in places. Kettle in room but no cups. Easy to find, great location. Customer service contacted me with access details on the day and confirmed things. Would stay again now I’m aware of the set up. Wouldn’t have tried this initially had I of know the set up and can see other customers have been caught out the same but none the less even as a house where in a clean tidy property, lockable room door and good facilities this is still good value. "

"Hotel is pretty handy for Kings Cross and Oxford Street with good transport options. 10 minutes on bus to KX20 to Oxford Street. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable and a good price"
