"The staff are excellent."
Hotel Faubourg Montreal
"Nice hotel with kitchenettes. A bit weird there are no utensils in the kitchen and you only get disposable ones when you ask, but everything else was good."
Le Nouvel Hotel
"Liked pretty much everything except for -bathroom door was broken which they offered to come and fix later when we weren’t there, we opted for them to wait until we had checked out. -called desk for wine bottle opener and only after a few reminders finally got one 1hr later. (So bring your own wine bottle opener) - the worst though is the fear of god they put regarding their underground parking. Although they provide you with a (free)security club for your steering wheel, they have you sign a waiver and charge $43. a night. One would think that at that price plus it being underground the security of ones vehicle would be less stressful."

Holiday Inn Express Montreal Airport - St-Laurent by IHG
"The hotel room was clean, supplies stocked, and ready for our stay. The rooms have very high ceilings, which make the room feel spacious. We arrived late at night so only 1 person was staffed at the desk, check-in took a bit of time. The key card is required to access the amenities, elevator floors, and to power the room lights. Even though it's close to the airport, it's not too noisy. Breakfast can get busy in the morning, and the breakfast room a bit crowded, but seating in the lobby is good with many tables. The place is family friendly as well. The only downside is parking - it's extra, as stated in description/policy, but it's a bit confusing too. The parking entrance/exit is behind the building, and you need your keycard for access. Also, the underground is shared with the neighbouring staybridge, so if you go in or out the wrong exit (staybridge), your card won't activate the gate. The parking areas could be better marked to identify which hotel it's for, as some guests got locked out and lost in the parking lot because they didn't know which door is for which hotel, and knowing there's a difference."
