"This aparthotel was a lovely place to make our base from for a trip away in central London last weekend. Check-in was easy and straight forward and the reception staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived and were informed they had given us a complementary room upgrade to an apartment suite. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully renovated and the bed was possibly one of the comfiest beds we've stayed in for a long time. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!"

"This was my 3rd stay at the Apex City of London Hotel. I love their rooms and their staff is wonderful. Also, the breakfast is excellent! I also really enjoy the Tower Hill neighborhood. There are great pubs and the view of the bridge and Tower are so lovely."

"What a great find! The staff were fabulous: professional, helpful, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast too, a very comfortable room and the luxury of a bath and separate shower. The bar area was lovely too and we enjoyed the ambience there after our meal out. Highly recommended and will most definitely return. Close proximity to Guildhall art gallery too - a new find for me complete with Roman Amphitheatre. "

"Comfy bed, hood sized bathroom. Massive TV. Lovely front desk staff. Nice and handy for St Paul’s tube station and lovely and clean Bank area of London. Just a bit surprised the window was frosted and couldn’t see out of it. "

"It’s a great location especially if planning a trip via Gatwick airport since London Bridge train station is a 7 minute walk and the train is only about 35 mins to the airport. Also great for Bermondsey, fun things to do there, such as Druid Street Saunas -5 minutes walk."

"1st time staying at this hotel, chose a suite as it was a special occasion. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Suite was very clean, spacious and had everything we required. Hotel staff offered a very warm welcome every time we entered the hotel, and we extremely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was slightly disorganised with staff trying to charge us, when full breakfast options were already included in our Suite booking. But once resolved, breakfast was very enjoyable.
