The hotel room was quite clean overall with fresh white bedlinen, but there were some spots or areas that had been missed or needed more attention: dirty walls and entrance and bathroom doors where there appeared to have been what resembled coffee spills left unwiped ; inadequate safety room door locks needing replacement; night table lights not working. Details which impede given a score of excellence."
