"We took the train to the hotel, the only thing was the signage was quite confusing. But after a long walk, we did manage to fine the hotel. We had a nice stay, the staffs were super helpful. Kudo to Sara and Hamit at the reception desk, they were very nice and patient and very knowledge. They helped us every day with all our inquiries. We especially enjoy the free public transportation card provided by the hotel. "

"Convenient, free parking so you save 20 bucks a night on that. Breakfast is reasonable, basic but reasonably priced. Rooms reasonable size and balcony so thats all good. Nice to have a kettle for coffee when you wake up. Staff lovely and really helpful and congenial. Would reco the gaff wholeheartedly."

"A wonderful hotel full of character, with lovely staff and very clean. My room was huge, although I cannot comment if all rooms were of a similar size. The food was excellent and the quiet location was lovely. The only criticism I have is that my stay was only 2 days- I wish I stayed longer! "

"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said...

"The Hyperion is a great hotel in Salzburg. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean, spacious and well maintained. The hotel breakfast buffet is top shelf. The hotel is located across from the main park and is within easy walking distance to the old town and castle. Even though there are many fine hotels in Salzburg, this is where I will stay again on my next trip."
