"We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cologne. The location is incredible—stunning views of the Love Lock Bridge and the Cologne Cathedral, especially at night. It’s within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the Christmas markets, which made exploring so convenient. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food options were excellent, and the spa massages were fantastic. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful and high quality. We would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed here on a recent trip through Europe, exploring all of the Christmas markets. I stopped here in Cologne for three nights. The location is very close to the big cathedral in Cologne. It was very central to the cologne Central station. I felt like I could walk from the hotel to anywhere in under 30 minutes. They have a great lounge/lobby area. The front desk staff was also very great."

"I had a wonderful 1-night stay at the Maternushaus. The location was perfect, within walking distance from the Cologne main train station (Köln Hauptbahnhof). The facility was very clean, and, while not fancy by any means, it had all that I needed: a very clean single room with private bathroom and a comfortable bed, TV, several electric outlets, good WiFi, etc. The included breakfast was excellent, and there's also a free drinking water station. "Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "

"Loved the hotel, relatively easy parking for Cologne. Walking distance to everything downtown. Free GOOD Coffee 24/7, which is basically the most important need I have. If there’s one thing, the elevators are a little suspect😅. But that’s probably due to retrofitting them into an antique building. I will be staying there again next year when I come back."
