"The hotel was self serve. I was sent a QR code for the outside door and my room key as well as the parking garage. It was supposed to come in a txt but I ended up have to search my email for the code. It was sent after we had already paid for the parking garage. It took the room scanner a few tries before it would actually scan. We never had to interact with the staff. "

"This location is our favorite go to when we’re in town visiting family. The front desk staff is always friendly and eager to help. This past trip we arrived in the wee hours of the morning. Despite this fact, the front desk team was cheery upon arrival. They were also willing and able to accommodate our request for extra pillows. 10/10"
