The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere."

She went out of her way to give me a two bedroom unit with one bedroom locked but the living room and kitchen were more spacious. This is what I called customers service. "
