"Friendly staff and convenient location"

" It was my first time staying around 75th St. It is a great area, great beach, great restaurants. As for the property, the front door to the building and entry way could use some work to be more inviting and secure, but once you are in it is great as everything is brand new and great. (This is the beginning of April 2026.) While there is parking as mentioned in other reviews all the signs say 4 hours max. While I never got a ticket, it was always on my mind. (Probably a me issue.)"

"Everything was perfect. Access to the beach, wonderful walking/biking path, quiet, easy access to restaurants and shopping. The large pool is heated - how great is that? Clean rooms, friendly staff. This is the second time we visited and the hotel appears empty - very few guests. It's great for us but how do you stay in business?"

"The room had everything we needed and was a 5 minute (or less) walk to a nice, calm beach. There is easy access driving to surfside and south beach, and you could even walk if you don’t mind a long walk. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We would stay again."
