"Small apartment in the shopping district. Many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Metro access close-by. Elevator is cumbersome but apartment is very secure. Kitchen is well equipped, including washer/dryer. Staff is helpful but not on site"

"This hotel is right in the city center and fairly busy shopping area of Madrid. It’s very easy to find tours, shopping and places to eat right outside the hotel. Although it’s in a busy area, the hotel is quiet once in your room. The hotel also has an amazing roof top bar and pool. It’s a great spot to have a home base in Madrid if you’re seeking to stay in a convenient area close to most major attractions. "

"This was my fourth trip to Madrid and this has been my favorite hotel thus far. It has a great location on a quiet plaza, but close enough to major sites (between Opera and Callao metro stops). It was only a short walk to Plaza Mayor and also the famous churros of Chocolateria 1902 (which we frequented daily). The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Madrid. "
