"The location was beautiful and the locally stabled horses were stunning to look at. The rooms are very reasonably priced and the breakfast was amazing. Location to BP Pulse arena was fantastic, quick 15 min walk but not through busy town roads or crowded footpaths, down a lovely country lane very peaceful."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. We had room 330 which overlooked the lake. Breakfast options were plentiful. An ideal base for us staying over for a gig at the BP Pulse Arena. "

"Clean room, not the most modern rooms but given they run at a high occupancy they were in great condition. Bathroom clean, lots of towels and hand/ body soap, only gripe was the toilet paper holder was what you would see in a public toilet. Staff - amazing, kiosks wouldn’t work upon arrival and checked everyone in swiftly. I didn’t eat on site but it was so busy I strongly recommend if you are staying pre-book. Check out was smooth, quick and again so friendly! "

"Stayed here before an early flight home to Belfast. Really impressed. Really good value for money, excellent breakfast, and the guy who checked me in was brilliant. The room was ideal for my needs too. The hotel is also just a couple of minutes walk from the terminal. Will definitely stay here again if I have an early flight from BHX."

I stay two nights while attending a conference at the NEC Birmingham and cannot recommend enough the the short journey time but distance it gave me from the event."
