"This is a new hotel that has only been open a few weeks, so everything is new clean and fresh. It is located above Oimachi Station with a few train lines to choose from. The hotel room itself is a decent size for Japan standards and with my husband being so tall we needed a king size bed. There were shops all around the station and the hotel itself had a roof top bar, with great views. There was an ice machine/microwave and vending machine on our floor. "Good budget hotel. Close to Sengakuji Stn (exit A4). A 7 eleven is very close to hotel and a Lawson’s is across the street. If you’re going to Shinagawa stn via the Keikyu line. Use platform 1. Use platform 2 to return but make sure the train stops at Sengakuji stn."
